Individual coaching

Life coaching is supporting an individual with the goal of helping them to gain greater fulfilment in their life. This can include:

- Helping them find purpose and direction

- Helping them solve particular problems

- Helping them resolve personal issues and limitations

- Helping students achieve greater results

- Helping teams in their project development

The frequency and location of these sessions are decided according to a mutual agreement. Their duration can vary between 1 and 2 hours.

Mutual coaching Workshops

They consist in groups of 4 or 5 persons who commit to help each other achieve a goal through mutual coaching and during an agreed period of time. The Lead coach is an experienced and trained facilitator. He helps set the rules, proposes references and methods, shares his knowledge of coaching processes.

The workshops take place once a week and have a duration of approximately 2H30. Their location can vary.
